Edinburgh, Leeds and Cardiff. What is the best city to live?
We are moving and can not take our party. My wife and I are photographers marriage and are planning the creation of our business in one of these cities. We like to live in a quiet and pleasant, a safe city / town with a good public transport, housing and cheap things to do / see. Interested in hiking, photography, nature, art and history. Not interested in nightclubs. We have heard from Edinburgh is cooler and wetter in winter and windy too.

I've been in three places and are not considered either Leeds or Cardiff the two places are worse than Glasgow's population live in is not right! Ugly souless dump them both.
