wedding photo checklist

What do I bring to a meeting with a wedding client?
Besides some pictures from my portfolio, a "must have photos" checklist and release forms / contract that the client needs to sign, what should I bring to a meeting with my potential client?
A pen and paper. Write things down. When the client mentions their wedding date, the venue, names... just make notes of all kinds of details. This does two things:
1. First and foremost is shows you CARE about them and want to get things RIGHT.
2. The notes can be life savers if later you have a "brain fade" and forget some little detail that you really should know... such as her fiance's name!
Of course if they sign a contract, you should have lots of basic info, but again, it just makes a good impression of sincerity and that they are important to you if you make the effort to write things down.
Oh... also dress NICELY. No t-shirt and blue jeans. Look like a professional and you will command the respect and price of one.
