after i eat, i get hot flashes and over heat even if it's cold out . ?
i've finally figured out what triggers my hot flashes. It's always after i eat, i suddenly feel really hot and lightheaded. I am always cold though. I'm not sure if this i s okay or if there is another reason and more symptoms of something i'm not recognzing?
Try eating for your blood type. It will more than likely stop this.
