Try to find more information on cameras / photography?
I really want to go take the photo and cool photos. I have a regular digital camera now. Someone knew that the measures should be taken? Where to begin? I get a camera that can be used to learn to learn to focus and change the image?
While you're away from anywhere! But here is where we all begin! 
I suggest you save money, much of it. The picture does not is cheap. Practice with your camera, not looking up Google DSLR tutorials, tips, and learn what you can do with it. Also, invest in Photoshop (or download the GIMP free) and play with the images to produce certain effects DSLR (background blur, depth of field, Soft Focus, Fish Eye, etc.) Once you save a little money .. (probably $ 600 + yikes!) can start playing with big boy toys. You may be able to get cheaper off eBay or Craigslist. I recommend the Nikon D60 for beginners. Outside the Amazon, you get the D60, a few goodies (batteries, bags and SD cards) to 18-55mm AF-S VR 55-200mm AF-S Zoom Lenses with a hood to close $ 700.
