What's the lightest mount and telescope for DSO photography?

What's the lightest/most portable (and possibly cheapest) mount and telescope for DSO photography?
I want something light and cheap and can be carried on the back. Is ETX-70 or ETX-80 good for DSO photography?

For serious photography involving long exposures you need to OVER-MOUNT your telescope as much as possible. The rated load capacity on a mount for imaging should be 2x to 3x the weight of your telescope.

Sure, you can do casual imaging with a small scope and mount such as the ETX scopes of some of the brighter objects, but don't expect the kind of results you would see in the glossy magazines. It's not the sort of thing that gets done on the cheap or the inexperienced.
