What is the Digital Photo Album application can import the comments and stories?

I am currently using a program called "MyAlbum" and loves, but I do not know how long it will be around. It has an open object model and can run programs using JavaScript and VBScript to access the albums, photos, comments, captions, etc. and export them to text files in any format that I created. If I have to migrate to other digital photo album, allowing me to import the data (from text files, CSV, Excel, etc) to my existing albums? BTW, my albums contain several thousand files, each of which is documented with comments, captions, time stamps, the photographer, the location and configuration of the camera.
